Ethics in recruiting the staff: – the organization should also follow ethics and morality in recruiting the employees and workers. They should avoid the recruitment of unqualified people based on a bribe. The HRM should pursue the objectives of recruitment while recruiting people in the organization. 
Following the PPDA regulations: – the organizations should also follow the PPDA or the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Authority Act, which was passed in 2003 in Uganda. This Act mentions making the most of the efficiency of the economy and promoting competition, and treating them honestly, including fairness and integrity. With the growing economy, the expenses of the public are increasing, and thus the Government and the organizations need to procure them ( Cohen and Li 2022).
Ethics in operating the business:- organizations should always need to maintain the rules and regulations made by the Government to have an honest way of business. Many people use giving bribes in maintaining or creating a new business. This should be stopped immediately. The overall system of the whole industry should maintain all ethics of doing a business (Nieto Martín 2022).
